A MEDITATION by Howard Feigenbaum

A Meditation

I see a field of windblown grass

My vision is focused

My sight is keen

I drill down to a single blade

My mind is open

I sense the green

I am within the thin leaf’s pore

A structured space

An open door

No thought may enter

This realm of peace

The body’s tension

Is in release

A restful knowing

Forms a silent stream

A gentle flowing of a conscious dream

I am here

I am there

I am everywhere.
